Half Dome recently hosted a Picnic for Pinnacle, in support of The Pinnacle Foundation; a charity organisation focusing on providing educational scholarships, mentoring, and opportunities for LGBTQIA+ young Australians, aiming to empower them to realise their full potential.

The picnic featured special guests including Andrew Staite, the CEO & managing director of The Pinnacle Foundation; Archie Beetle, founder & director of Queer Town; and Tiffany Damm, general manager at UnLtd.

Their speeches highlighted the ongoing challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community and underscored the importance of continued support and action.

It was a memorable and impactful day shared with Half Dome’s clients at GMHBA Limited and Vitasoy Australia, plus members from Equality Media + Marketing.

Half Dome head of people & culture Renee Murray said as proud allies of the LGBTIQA+ community, Half Dome greatly values inclusivity and it was a pleasure to host a Picnic for Pinnacle, uniting clients, teams, and friends to acknowledge the work still to be done and the ongoing challenges.

"We embrace diversity and inclusivity here at Half Dome and are dedicated in our commitment to continually educate, break down barriers, and foster an environment where everyone can reach their whole potential," said Murray.
