Nunn Media has swelled its ranks and roster by taking over akamedia. The move brings its total billings to more than $150 million and brings clients including Greater Building Society, Vitaco, Roche Diagnostics, Causeforce, Ermenegildo Zegna and CNH Industrial into the fold.

Nunn will move into akamedia's North Sydney office which will be rebranded as Nunn Media.

Akamedia owner and MD Andrew Kluver said the move made sense.

“Transitioning our clients to Nunn Media will allow us to provide greater expertise and value to them in the future. Both businesses have very similar cultures and trading philosophies and both are completely independently owned. This arrangement is a perfect fit for our clients,” he said.

“All of akamedia clients have been informed of the transition. The most important aspect of this deal is ensuring optimum value delivery to our clients, and the response from them has been overwhelmingly positive.”

Nunn Media Sydney MD Chris Walton said “Andrew and I have known each other for several years and share many points of view about how best to work with clients. The more we spoke about how we could work together in the future the more this transition made sense.”
