GroupM digital transformation agency Neo (part of Mindshare) has added Storage King and Sendle to its growing client base.

Neo won the multimillion-dollar digital media account for Storage King, Australia’s number one choice for self storage in a competitive pitch.

Sendle, the first national 100% carbon-neutral shipping carrier in Australia, previously handled all digital media in-house.

For Storage King, Neo will tap into its knowledge of the dynamics and challenges of multi-site franchise businesses, gleaned from partnering with existing franchise clients such as McGrath, Laser Clinics Australia and JAX Tyres & Auto.

Tony Skallias, group marketing manager at Storage King, said: “We’re thrilled to work with Neo. They immediately understood our business objectives and how to aid achieving them through effective digital media investment. Their experience working with multi-site franchise businesses also stood out during the pitch process. They’re a collaborative committed team, who balance speed and precision and enjoy digging deep into data to inform decisions.”

In choosing Neo, Sendle was looking for an agency partner that could deliver practical digital media strategy and activation to fuel further growth for the brand.

Jessica Turnbull, director of marketing and communications at Sendle: “Neo was recommended as an agency with a strength in full funnel B2B media investment.

"I’ve been impressed by their ability to develop practical media strategy based on rigorous diagnosis that translates into precise, fast activation.

"Neo’s digital media expertise will help to support our business objectives of being the number one delivery partner for small businesses in Australia and across the world.”

Daniel Benton, general manager of Neo: “Both Storage King and Sendle have grown from start-up roots to achieve remarkable success, and we are honoured to be entrusted with helping accelerate their growth ambitions through practical media strategy, precise media activation, measurement and optimisation at speed.”
