Digital-first media agency iProspect Australia announced the promotion of three key members of the national team:

Sam Cousins is chief strategy officer, a first for iProspect Australia.

Bonnie Dodemaide will become national digital performance Lead

Jean-Yves Scauri (JY) is promoted to national SEO lead.

CEO Oliver Rapson: “The promotions of Sam, Bonnie and JY will play a huge role in being the connective tissue that further underpins our newly found end to end capability.

"How we accelerate brands through our unique performance mindset and how that has already driven success and organic growth for a wealth of our clients."

Sam Cousins has been in media for 23 years. She joined Mitchells in Melbourne in 2006 as the youngest and only second female on the leadership team, and has been with the dentsu network ever since across four agencies in leadership, planning and strategy roles.

“I always wanted to be a writer growing up, and in a weird way that’s exactly what I have ended up doing, telling stories in my work on a daily basis to my clients and ultimately their customers through media,” Cousins says.

Bonnie Dodemaide began her career with Mediacom and has been with iProspect for the past nine years.  “I look forward to working with our team nationally to accelerate brands through a performance mindset. We strive to elevate iProspect to a new level in digital performance and work together with our partners and our clients to provide best in class solutions to business challenges,” says Dodemaide.

Jean-Yves Scauri started his SEO career with international digital marketing agency, Search Laboratory.  He has been with iProspect for 4.8 years in SEO roles as manager, director and now national SEO Lead. “This new role for me is nothing short of amazing and I am enjoying the breadth of challenges thrown at me. I’m excited to be collaborating with our expanding team nationally to accelerate performance and deliver transformational SEO work for our clients and partners,” says JY.
