Outgoing Australian chief executive Greg Eichmann.

Draftfcb Australia will be run out of New Zealand from next year, with Australian chief executive Greg Eichmann leaving the agency as part of the changes.

Eichmann is being made redundant as Draftfcb Australia becomes part of an integrated Australia and New Zealand operation.

Draftfcb New Zealand chief executive Bryan Crawford is to run the new unified model as chief executive of Draftfcb ANZ.

Head of account services Tim Higginson will step up to the role of general manager, and will head the Australian management team out of the Melbourne office. Eichmann’s role is the only redundancy in the restructure.

The new structure will see the New Zealand, Sydney and Melbourne creative offices run as the same agency, headed by Crawford out of Auckland.
