Digital Minds Group has hired three digital specialists with international experience, following client wins in 2024 across eCommerce, travel and financial services.

Sarah Burnett has joined the paid media team after relocating from New Zealand. She specialised in digital performance for tourism, travel and leisure clients.

Sophie Quinn has been recruited into the marketing services team as Digital Minds Group continues to expand its offering in performance creative, content and social. Quinn worked in various marketing roles in London before her move to Sydney last year.

Dani Melnicukova also joined the team this month as a digital specialist working across social and content. She has previous experience working on eCommerce brands in the UK and Europe.

Digital Minds Group GM Lija Wilson said it’s been a whirlwind quarter for Digital Minds with several new clients onboarding and ongoing hiring into its specialist teams.

"Supporting rapid scale up and international market expansion from Australian based businesses has become our specialisation for us as a very agile, indy agency," she said.

"We’re thrilled to be recruiting so many new skills and team members to the growing divisions."
