Creative, digital and marketing recruitment agency Creative Natives has appointed former creative services manager Dan Talia  client partner for its Melbourne team.

Talia started his career as a creative at Penguin Books before venturing agency-side to several network and independents including The Monkeys, JWT and Optimo.

In 2022, after 15 years in various roles including client service and production, he went into recruitment with a deep understanding of the industry and its people.

Creative Natives director Ryan Kelly said Talia joining the business is a huge win for the team as it continues to add value for its clients beyond traditional recruitment.

"The team are so excited to gain a fresh perspective from Dan and his knowledge of the industry. We can’t wait to introduce him to our clients!” said Kelly.

Talia said since he went into recruitment, he and Kelly have had multiple conversations and instantly felt an alignment of their values.

"I’m really excited about the direction of the business. When I was in adland, Ryan was my go-to when I needed extra creatives, so it’s only fitting we ended up working together," he said.
