BCM Group wins Travel Associates account

Travel Associates has appointed full-service independent agency BCM Group as its digital and performance agency of record, following a competitive pitch.

The company has an Australia-wide network of more than 100 offices and was recently voted Travel Agency of the Year 2019 at The Travel Awards.

Travel Associates general manager brand and marketing Anna Burgdorf says BCM proved it understood the industry and brand's needs.

“The travel industry is incredibly fast-paced and competitive, and clients are looking for the best possible service when it comes to designing their leisure travel," Burgdorf says.

BCM Group managing director and partner Phil McDonald welcomed the new client to the agency.
