The MFA Awards 2016

The Media Federation Awards on 13 October are a chance for media execs to reflect on past work and to also look ahead. In this video, Channel Seven's Red has captured views on what some media honchos are most excited about this year in media and advertising.

From GroupM, IPG Mediabrands, Mindshare, Carat and more, they all had plenty to say. While GroupM chief investment officer Sebastian Rennie hailed measurement key for agencies success, Mindshare CEO Katie Rigg-Smith says its time for agencies to be seen as more consultative and strategic.

See the video for yourself below.

Awards highlights were Anne Parsons becoming the first woman ever inducted into MFA's Hall of Fame, UM’s 'Make Lego the Star of Christmas' winning three awards including the Grand Prix.
