Award winning executive creative director Simon Jarosz and business strategist Jen Peace have joined forces to launch We Are Otter, a flexible strategy, creative and production collaboration designed to help clients and agencies in this changed time.

We Are Otter, which will provide an end-to-end service, is designed to be nimble with bespoke teams to match marketing needs as and when required.

“We are grown-up types and we start upstream immersing across the entire business," Peace says.

"This earns us a place in vital business discussions before the marketing brief.”

Jarosz is a creative with more than 20 years’ experience working in advertising and design.

A former head of AWARD School, he was most recently executive creative director at digital agency SLIK after more than three years as national creative director at Mediacom.

He has also worked at JWT, M&C Saatchi, The Monkeys and was digital creative director at Saatchi & Saatchi.

Peace is the former managing director at Enigma Communications.

She also worked as head of brand at Bankwest for more than three years and has held senior roles at agencies including TBWA Sydney and London, Clemenger BBDO Sydney and Ogilvy & Mather.

“Otters are hard-working, they create and maintain healthy marine ecosystems. Once they have brought balance to an ecosystem, they search for another to fix. This is what we do," Jarosz says.

"Every ‘fix’ is bespoke, different and unconventional. I’m delighted to be working with Jen to bring our combined marketing experience to both clients and agency partners.”

The team are already providing brand and marketing strategy, creative, content and go-to-market initiatives to a number of foundation clients including Connect Hearing and white label pitch, strategy and creative service to a number of agencies.
