Naked Communications global co-chairman Steve Gatfield has stepped down from the Enero-owned company, after a year in the position.

Gatfield joined Naked mid last year.

In addition to his role as co-chairman of the international agency, he was also executive director of Enero Group.

Enero Group was rebranded from Photon earlier in the year.

Gatfield's resignation follows the departure of Naked Asia Pacific chief executive Phil Hayden this year.

Naked revealed Gatfield's departure through a brief announcement on the ASX, but the company provided no details about his exit.

Naked founder Jon Wilkins will remain the company's sole global chairman for the time being, while the agency's Australia and New Zealand chairman is Mike Wilson.

AdNews understands the agency is looking for a replacement for Gatfield, while the company is also still searching for a replacement for Hayden.
