ISelect is vying to be the go-to destination for consumers with a new brand platform.

In its first campaign for the business since winning it last year, Leo Burnett Melbourne is pushing to grow iSelect beyond health insurance and across insurance, utilities and personal finance with a new brand campaign.

The platform 'Always get it right" aims to position iSelect as a go-to destination for customers to compare products.

As a result, it marks an end to the Mr iSelect character, who fronted the brand's advertising for the past five years.

iSelect CEO Scott Wilson says, “We’re a customer service business, and we really needed to shift the focus of our brand to be more people-centric, more human. Our competitive advantage is that we help match people’s needs to the right products. That’s our expertise, and our brand needed a complete refresh to help us unlock the growth opportunities in the broader financial services and utility categories.”

The new campaign will be supported through TV, radio, outdoor and digital channels.
