This Father's Day Bonds wants Dads to feel comfortable with their “Dad bods” and at peace with their man boobs.

Bonds is asking Australia to recognise that it's not just Mums who have to make sacrifices when it comes to having kids, but that dads endure a lot to.

To celebrate dads in the lead up to Father's Day, Bonds has released an online film and social campaign that highlights the plight of dads.

The tongue and cheek spot, created by Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, encourages everyone to 'Think of Fathers' and buy their dads some comfy undies.

One man says: “When we bought Tommy home I was up every couple of hours feeding – pizza, cured meats, cake…”

Another says: “I see Dad’s bodies in magazines but who really looks like that?”
