Seek's latest ad by Clemenger BBDO Melbourne ensures candidates will be seen by employers with the help of Seek Profile's matching technology.

The ad, Be Seen with a Seek Profile, highlights how employers can easily find candidates who have a Seek profile.

The ad aims to address the importance of a Seek Profile in making oneself visible to employers with the image of Seek's signature pink-coloured smoke following Seek users around to their job interviews.

“Seek Profile is really at the heart of our marketplace, and central to our company purpose – helping Australian to have fulfilling careers, and employers to find the best people for their organisations,” Seek marketing director Jenn Seldam says.

The data from Seek profiles allows for job opportunities to be delivered to the most relevant candidates, while employers also search profiles and get in touch with suitable candidates directly.

“Everything is right there, the message, product, brand, shaped for a seamless world of horizontal and vertical screens.”

The campaign is launching across TV, OOH, online video, social and radio, where the campaign will engage both employer and candidate viewers.
