UNICEF has launched a challenging print and outdoor campaign aimed at breaking down "compassion fatigue" among Australians.

The global child rights and relief organisation is hoping the campaign will connect with people when they witness the grim realities of the lives of vulnerable children.

The campaign composes of three posters, highlighting the problems of child labour, child soldiers and being orphaned.

The outdoor advertising spaces were provided by JCDecaux through an in-kind partnership with UNICEF.
