WorkSafe Victoria has launched a campaign called 'The Obedience Experiment' that aims to raise awareness of workplace safety.

Created by Naked Communications Melbourne, the campaign is based on the 1960's experiments conducted by Stanley Milgram, and demonstrates 'that around 60 to 70% of people were prepared to follow orders that involved harming others if told to do so by an authority figure'. The 'Obedience Experiment' was conducted in a simulated workplace setting, and is supported by PR and social media activity via the WorkSafe Victoria Facebook page.
