The Royal New Zealand Air Force has launched an innovative online recruitment campaign via a branded YouTube channel, "Step Up".

Created by Saatchi & Saatchi New Zealand, the campaign consists of four simulated challenges which test users' skills against everyday situations in the Air Force.

Users are driven to the dedicated YouTube channel via television, online and social media promotion.
