Anti-poverty charity Live Below the Line has kicked off a touching documentary to show supporters where their money is going and to also encourage others to get involved.

The documentary follows Channa, an 18 year old who had to leave school at an early age to help his family earn money. Thanks to funds raised Live Below the Line, Channa is now able to return to school to get the education he dreams of.

The campaign supports the launch of Live Below the Line Go Day, a national day of action where supporters get involved by living off $2 a day for five days.

Campaign director Daniel Lewis-Toakley said “Live Below the Line is an eye-opening experience, that changes your perspective and gives you an idea of how hard it is to live in extreme poverty, where your choices are so limited.”
