Outdoor power equipment company Sthil has launched a national campaign that aims to inspire and educate primary school children about the wonders of nature and getting dirty in the outdoors.

The initiative will see classrooms across the country provided with vertical gardens to grow and nurture plants.

Rob Ross, STIHL Marketing Manager said “If we can capture the hearts and minds of Australians and highlight the importance of playing outside and getting your hands dirty, we will be doing our bit to help build a better society. This is the kind of thing we all learnt as kids, so it’s time we let our kids do the same.”

The campaign will by accompanied by social media and a dedicated microsite.
