Aussie Apples and Horticulture Australia Limited have collaborated to launch a campaign that encourages Australians to eat nationally-grown apples.

Created by McCann Sydney, the campaign is running across television, online, and press. It will also feature a competition promoted by Network Seven's Australia's Got Talent, which will encourage consumers to demonstrate their 'home-grown' talent in a bid to have it recorded and played in the show's final episodes.

Additionally, the campaign will see a charity drive for Bowel Cancer Australia, that will create 'Red Aussie Apple Day' on 6 June. It launched 8 March 2012.
