It's the moment we all dread - being stuck in a dodgy elevator with a clingy colleague. But Burgen Bread will give you the energy to get through such moments, according to its latest campaign.
The campaign promotes Burgen, owned by George Weston Foods, as bread "formulated for your world". It features two television spots of women eating the bread to give them the energy to get through awkward situations. One is stuck in a lift with a love-struck male colleague, with the other forced to endure an obnoxious mother at their childrens' gynmastic practice. View the latter here.
The spots will be supported by print, digital and social media. It launched 1 September 2013 and has been created by BMF. George Weston Foods' marketing director Graeme Cutler said: “We challenged BMF to develop an idea which combines the truly unique product benefits of Bürgen whilst delivering on a creative solution that captivates our core target."
The production company was Revolver. Media was handled by Carat.
