Digital out-of-home network Inlink has launched an initiative to raise money for Assistance Dogs Australia, which will see a portion of all bookings donated to the organisation.

The "Dogtober" initiative is aimed at helping raise funds and awareness for Assistance Dogs Australia, who train dogs from when they are puppies to help people with physical disabilities.

Inlink commercial director Peter Hunter said: "It costs Assistance Dogs Australia $26,000 per puppy to train, and as there is a great need for more and more of these super dogs, we decided Inlink should get involved."

Assistance Dogs Australia "Top Dog" Richard Lord said: "We are thrilled that Inlink have come on board to support Assistance Dogs Australia and Dogtober. We hope this will encourage others to join the cause, helping us to raise enough to train another 25 Super Puppies to give freedom and independence to people with physical disabilities."
