Parents beware: cheese slice rage is real, and it's coming to a child's party near you. So says the latest Devondale campaign for its Easy Peel Cheese Slices.

The spot, the eighth from Devondale this year, parodies the harm that can be done when parents are frustrated by cheese slices sticking together.

DDB Melbourne executive creative director Darren Spiller said: "Getting angry at inanimate objects, like cheese, is a right-of-passage for parents. We liked the idea of legitimising this phenomenon by giving it a name. Then we just tried to execute it in the most excruciating way possible."
