Prospective home buyers, listen up. You know that rival family at the inspection of your dream home? ANZ says you can squash them with its new Buy Ready app.

The campaign, created by Whybin\TBWA Group Melbourne, shows two similar families inspecting the same home. One however is able to make an offer immediately thanks to the ANZ's Buy Ready app, and thus presumably landing the property.

ANZ Australia general manager of marketing Karen Donaldson said:  “When you go to an Open For Inspection you quickly realise you fit neatly into a demographic. The campaign has a lot of fun with this idea and shows that ANZ Buy Ready gives you an edge over other home buyers and makes it easy to purchase your new home or investment property. ”

The campaign is led by a 45-second TV spot and also features print, out-of-home and digital.
