Youth mental health organisation Headspace has kicked off an out-of-home campaign carrying the tagline 'Big problems start small'.

Created by BMF, the campaign was the winning entry in AdShel's 2011 Creative Challenge. It will run across posters and bus shelters, and features an expanding crack in the glass, highlighting how small problems can develop into much deeper mental health issues.

It launched this week, and is running across 200 sites nationally for a period of two weeks.
