APN Outdoor switches off for Earth Hour

APN Outdoor showed its support for Earth Hour by turning off Melbourne's Young and Jackson large format digital billboard for one hour on 23 March.

The billboard started a countdown to earth hour as a reminder to every passer-by.

APN Outdoor's general manager of marketing, Janine Wood said “Showing our support for important environmental initiatives such as Earth Hour is close to our hearts at APN Outdoor. We wanted to show our awareness of Earth Hour and our commitment to recognising this dynamic NGO.”
