The annual PANPA Ad Awards celebrates in-house creative excellence. These awards include ads and campaigns for clients, plus advertising to promote the sale of newspapers and the power of advertising. The awards continue to be updated to feature digital advertising solutions, including smartphones and (next year) iPads and other tablet computers. The Awards also embrace executive excellence, offering personal awards for ad manager of the year, display executive, online executive, best bundling solution, classifieds executive and Creative Services Professional. In 2010, newspapers lodged a total 225 entries, making it the biggest ever.
