The Australian Broadcasting Association has appointed UM as the media agency for its revenue-generating arm ABC Commercial, marking the third win for the Mediabrands-owned company in a week.
The incumbent on the account was Mitchell & Partners.
UM will manage ABC Commercial's media strategy, planning and investment opportunities.
ABC Commercial is responsible for generating revenue for the national public broadcaster through the ABC Centres, the website, ABC events and tours as well as CDs, DVDs, books, magazines and digital products. Additionally, it also sells ABC programs and stock footage to overseas markets.
The win marks the third business victory for UM in a week which also picked up FP Markets and Cudo.
