The best of the best in magazines

By AdNews | 23 October 2013

The Australian Magazine Awards are in three weeks time, where the cream of the magazine publishing industry will be honoured.

Last year's overall winner, Frankie, is again shortlisted in the Fashion category while perennial favourites and past winners Australian Women's Weekly, Vogue, Donna Hay and The Monthly are again in the mix.

Now in its fifth year, the Australian Magazine Awards will debut two new categories – Editor of the Year and Cover of the Year. The awards program received record entries this year.

The winners will be announced on 14 November at the Ivy in Sydney in a ceremony hosted by Sarah Wilson. An industry luminary will also be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Past inductees have been John Southam, Bernard Laser, Matt Handbury and Ita Buttrose.
