Network Ten's national client service manager has left the network to join a new creative agency in Brisbane set up by former Clemenger duo Nancy Hartley and James Burchill.

Kelly Healy, who was advertising director for Bauer Media in Queensland prior to joining Ten, has returned to Brisbane after nine months in Sydney with Ten

Healy was Louise Barrett's first appointment when she replaced Barry O'Brien to lead Ten's sales department last August. But she has decided to make a swift exit and is "excited about the opportunity work with some of the country's most talented media and creative minds" at Rumble Creative and Media. She joins as head of content and innovation.

Rumble was set up in February by former Clemenger BBDO Brisbane executive creative directors Nancy Hartley and James Burchill. They have formed the agency alongside media partners Julie Maher, founder of Smart Media, and Ian Warner, former UM client services director.

Healy said: “I am truly excited about the opportunity to not only work with some of the country's most talented media and creative minds, but to also build a business with them.”

Maher added: “Kelly’s incredible cross-platform experience will open up great opportunities for our clients. She has the thinking and skills to make creative work harder across all channels.”

And Burchill said: “Our model proves you can have the most senior innovators across all agency disciplines, without having to go through large agency layers. We are thrilled to welcome Kelly to the team.”
