Sustainability agency Republic of Everyone has promoted former Greenpeace communications head Dae Levine as managing director.

Levine joined the agency from the environment group earlier this year as head of policy and advocacy. She has previously worked for Essential Media Communications. She has extensive campaigning experience and in the US worked for Vote For America, Human Rights First, Planned Parenthood, the Democratic National Committee and women's political fundraising network EMILY's List.

Republic of Everyone has also elevated head of strategy Scott Matyus-Flynn to its board of directors. Flynn has previous experience with Aegis, Connect and Carat.

Republic of Everyone partner Matt Perry said: “In the time Dae has been working with us she has established herself as an integral part of our future growth and development. Scott has been with us since nearly the beginning and has been a significant part of our success in building a strategically led creative business.”

Republic of Everyone partner Ben Peacock said: “When someone you employ turns out to be smarter, better with people and more business savvy than you there's only one thing to do – make them your boss.”

Perry added: “At Republic of Everyone we are all working towards a common goad – demonstrate that sustainability has the power to create holistic value for the economy, environment and broader society.”
