ZO appoints investment office: ZenithOptimedia has promoted its national head of investment, Anthony Ellis, to the role of chief investment officer. Ellis, who has been with the agency in various roles for 13 years, said: "I have loved working at ZenithOptimedia and couldn't be more excited about the stage the agency is at. I am looking forward to working closely with our media partners to bring our open model to market." Ian Perrin, CEO, added: "Anthony has been a star and it's important to recognise the stellar contributions he has made. He has been instrumental in our recent Reckitt-Benckiser, Henkel and RaboDirect pitch wins." 

Durie joins Sunday Life: International and award winning landscape and lifestyle designer Jamie Durie will join Fairfax Media’s Sunday Life as a regular contributor on home and design next month.

Dropbox opens in Sydney: Dropbox, has announced that it is establishing an office in Sydney. Sydney represents the company’s first office in the region.

Officeworks revamps website: Officeworks has unveiled its new and improved website, giving customers a better online shopping experience by making it easier to search, browse and buy more than 20,000 products on desktop, tablet or mobile.

Siren Awards announce finalists: The national Siren Awards has announced its 2014 finalists. They include 2013 Gold Siren winners, John Mescall & Pat Baron from McCann Melbourne, Western Australian creative agency Marketforce, plus two other Perth agencies, JWT Perth and Gatecrasher, and more than 20 other finalists from around the country. Winners will be announced on 9 May.
