New Ebay Australia boss

Ebay Vice President and leader of Ebay’s Korea businesses Jooman Park will lead Ebay Australia & New Zealand from July, replacing current boss Deborah Sharkey who heads to eBay’s global headquarters in San Jose, USA.

Park joined Ebay Korea’s subsidiary Internet Auction Company (IAC) in 2002 and has led Ebay Korea for over 8 years, helping to grow IAC and GMarket into Korea’s leading online marketplaces.

Sharkey joined eBay’s Sydney team in October 2003 and has led Ebay Australia & New Zealand for he last four years. Her stewardship has helped eBay attract over 7 million Australian unique visitors a month, according to Nielsen.
