SYDNEY: Interactive advertising sales network 3D interactive has appointed Tom Solis to the new position of head of direct sales.
Solis joins 3D Interactive from News Digital Media where he was online sales manager.
3D Interactive managing director Mark Halstead said the position was created to strengthen the company’s approach to direct clients.
“We are seeing more traction in data marketing. It tends to be more direct to clients rather then through agencies, and our goal is to talk to the leading data marketers in the fortune 500,” Halstead said.
3D Interactive is also currently recruiting for a Sydney head of sales with a focus on performance media and a Melbourne head of sales for both agency and direct.
3D Interactive this week opened a Brisbane office, appointing former News Digital Media senior multimedia executive Aaron Whiteman as Queensland group sales manager.
