Former Kantar head of advertising research joins Cubery

Cubery, a tech-based market research agency, announced the appointment of former Kantar head of advertising research, Sam Walters, as general manager, consulting.

He joins Cubery with nearly 20 years’ industry experience, heading key global accounts at Kantar, including Coca-Cola, Vodafone, Unilever, and Reckitt Benckiser. 

“With the rush to integrate technology, the market research industry has too often fallen into the trap of providing fast and unwieldy data at the expense of expertise and guidance," he says.

“Marketers and advertisers have slowly begun to realise that data in itself answers very little. I’m thrilled to be joining Cubery on their single-minded mission to help clients build more profitable brands.”
