Alison McKinnon.
BRX Group has launched CM.OSX, a standalone service designed to help CMOs and marketing teams navigate AI-driven change, appointing Alison McKinnon founding managing partner.
CM.OSX — standing for Critical Marketing Operating Systems — helps marketing teams build AI workflows, automate routine tasks, develop governance frameworks and select automation tools.
"Many CMOs tell us they're under growing pressure to deliver the efficiency and effectiveness promised by AI, but lack clarity on where to start, how to make the right choices, and how to train their teams to keep pace with change," said BRX Group CEO Bridget Cleary.
McKinnon brings more than two decades of marketing and transformation experience. She spent close to ten years at The Brand Agency across Melbourne and Perth working with Bunnings, Rio Tinto and Wesfarmers, and most recently served as general manager of Town Square, leading strategy across Australia and the Middle East for clients including Destination Qatar and Hilton Hotels.
"It is clear that marketing organisations are entering a period of significant transformation — where the opportunity is clear, but the path forward is not. That is what CM.OSX is here to fix," McKinnon said.
CM.OSX joins BRX and Brand.OSX within the BRX Group. The service is offering a complimentary one-hour "Future of Marketing" presentation, already delivered to more than 20 brands.
