Independent women's publisher Mamamia has made three senior commercial appointments following the resignation of chief revenue officer Georgie Nichols, who will remain with the business through a handover period until August.

Lanai Wiadrowski, who joined in late 2025, assumes national responsibility for all commercial advertising and partnership revenue as national sales director.

Danni Wright moves from national strategy director to director of strategy and partnerships, leading commercial strategy and long-term client partnerships.

Michila Macleod expands her remit from Victorian agency operations to sales director across Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.

Nat Harvey, CEO of Mamamia, said the restructure was designed to better serve clients' evolving needs.

"Lanai, Danni and Michila are exceptional leaders who know this audience, know this market, and are building the future," she said.

Harvey paid tribute to Nichols, saying she had built a commercial culture the business would benefit from for a long time.

Wiadrowski said she was determined to build on the foundation Nichols had established, bringing more innovation and commercial strength to partners across Australia.

Wright said the role gave her the opportunity to focus on developing innovative advertising solutions and shaping the future of Mamamia's branded content offering.

Macleod said she looked forward to partnering closely with dedicated teams already driving success across Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.

Nichols said she was proud of what had been achieved at Mamamia over the past two years and excited for the next chapter of her career.

Her next move isn't known.
