VeNa boosts senior management
Video and social-gaming ad network VeNA is bolstering its management with the addition of former Telstra Advertising Network sales person Briony Clare as southern states manager. Former finance director at Adknowledge Australia, Bianca Heuvel, has been appointed as operations and product manager.

The Works cycles in Tour Down Under
Independent creative agency The Works cycled in the Bupa Community Challenge, part of the Tour Down Under to raise funds for the Cancer Council. The team of creative partner and founder Kevin Macmillan, digital strategy director Jon Holloway and copywriter Nathan Bilton cycled a 134km route with Team Skoda.

Net-A-Porter taps on MPG
UK-based online high-end retailer Net-A-Porter has appointed MPG and Media Contacts as its media agency across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Locally, the account is likely to be handled by MPG's Melbourne office, however, Net-A-Porter does very little advertising in the Australian market.
