H&T expands offering Sydney and Melbourne
Healthcare and rural advertising specialist H&T Group has expanded its Australian offering, launching its sister agency inCeptiv in Sydney, and merging with healthcare specialist in Melbourne, Communovate. The launch of inCeptiv in Sydney fulfills H&T's affiliation obligations with inVentiv Health/GSW.

PostClick appoints business development manager
Ad network PostClick has appointed UK headhunter Oliver Pease as business development manager for its business and finance vertical and Bloomberg. Pease has been a financial consultant for companies such as Nomura, Barclays, RBS, HSBC, Standard Charter Bank, Ernst & Young, KPMG, IBM GBS and Sungard.

GSK appoints UrsaClemenger for project
GlaxoSmithKline has appointed UrsaClemenger to a shopper marketing project, following a competitive pitch. The pitch was held before Christmas.

Happy Soldiers founders launch new venture
John Kane and Ben Sampson, the founders of the now defunct creative shop Happy Soldiers, have launched a creative company. The company is based in the UK and aims to crowd source ideas, which is will then pitch to global brands.

MEC boosts digital
MEC has promoted digital trading manager Ricky Chanana to digital trading director, a newly-created role. He will also sit on GroupM's digital trading council. MEC has also hired James Luty as search manager. Luty joins from UK agency Coolpink, where he was paid media manager.

SheSpot bolsters sales team
The women's media website portfolio SheSpot has expanded its sales team. Victorian sales director Prue Cox was promoted to national sales director. Two senior sales executives have also been appointed including Donna Talbot in Victoria and Nicole Bence in NSW.
