McDonald's has appointed a new marketing chief who already has big plans - to take the golden arches to places its never been.
Mark Lollback, formerly of ANZ, began his role heading up McDonald's marketing team this week.
Speaking from Singapore he told AdNews he was "thrilled" with the appointment, and it's salary. "I can't complain," he said.
Lollback said food and beverage was his "passion" and he had big hopes in his new role. "There is still unlimited growth opportunity even though McDonald's is one of the best brands in the world and I am looking forward to taking it places."
Lollback's experience in marketing stretches across a string of corporations including Pepsi, Unilever Foods and Streets Ice Cream.
