Multi Channel Network has appointed Paul MacGregor to the role of general manager of marketing, following the resignation of national sales & marketing director Damian Keogh who took up the role CEO at Val Morgan in May.
MacGregor will also continue to head up MCN's production division Multiply, in addition to his marketing GM duties, which includes internal and external communications strategies and strategic marketing campaigns.
CEO of MCN Anthony Fitzgerald said: “The coming twelve months will represent the most exciting time in MCN's history. We're seeing significant growth in our portfolio of premium entertainment brands, driven by their commitment to invest in exclusive content and a ground-breaking approach to multi-platform audience engagement.
“I have no doubt that Paul's creative and strategic approach will continue to drive growth and strengthen the MCN brand even further.”
According to MacGregor: “I'm excited to take on this new challenge. We have a lot of great things to talk about at MCN. We have a growing audience, a growing business and we continue to invest in our staff. MCN has the best integrated offering in Australia and is at the forefront of a truly interactive relationship between our clients and their customers.
“I'm particularly looking forward to evolving the strategic marketing momentum we've already established this year with our MCN Delivers Growth campaign.”
MacGregor has been with the company since 2007 and prior to setting up Multiply in 2010, he held the position of group manager within the strategic integration team.
His appointment follows a new management structure, which includes promoting of Sydney sales director Mark Frain to the new role of national sales director. Head of strategic integration, Elizabeth Minogue, was promoted to the role of strategic integration director.
