EXCLUSIVE: The international keynote speaker at the 2011 Caxton Seminar and Awards will be Mad Men producer Jon Kamen.

Kamen has served as producer on hit television series Mad Men, which explores the turbulent life of fictional creative director Don Draper and his advertising agency.

Kamen also founded content company @radical.media. The company has been awarded the Palme d’Or twice for best production company, the Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt National Design Award for Communication Design, and numerous Cannes Lions.

Caxton committee chairman Rob Belgiovane said: “With the addition of the new digital categories in the 2011 Caxton Awards reflecting the way newspaper brands are extending across multiple platforms, it’s exciting to welcome Jon to this year’s Caxtons when so much of the focus will be on content creation.”

The 2011 Caxton seminar and Awards will be held 27-29 October in the Hunter Valley in NSW.

Booking forms for the event are available. For information about the Caxtons, visit the Facebook page.
