SYDNEY: PHD has picked up the strategy and media planning account for NSW Maritime, the state government's maritime safety department, without a pitch.
The appointment doesn't extend to media buying which remains with the incumbent agency MediaCom.
PHD's brief is to strengthen the impact of communications which aim to moderate behaviour and improve marine safety in areas such as the wearing of lifejackets, speed limits, reckless driving, alcohol consumption and limiting environmental damage.
PHD will work closely with Clemenger Group agency Curtis Jones & Brown on campaign development.
