Global payment platform Instarem appoints Jaywing

Global payment platform Instarem has appointed Jaywing to manage its performance marketing globally.

Instarem is the consumer-facing arm of Nium which has a valuation of US$1 billion after raising more than US$200 million in new funds earlier this year. The platform allows consumers and SMEs to send and collect international money transfers across its network in more than 100 markets. More than US$6 billion in transaction volumes are processed annually.

Jaywing’s remit includes paid search, paid social, display, and conversion rate optimisation across more than 20 markets including Australia, UK, US, Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, and India.

“Jaywing has shown a strong understanding of our strategic objectives in driving and retaining new customers globally,” says Michael Minassian, regional head of APAC at Instarem.

“Having worked with the team for a number of years, we are expanding their scope of work to paid search, social, display and CRO, as we continue to drive the brand in key international markets, further increasing the awareness of our platform and new product range.”

The win brings the Sydney-based agency’s total new clients to 22 in the past six months.
