In partnership with Campbelltown & Camden Emergency Department.
Kids of Macarthur Health Foundation is supporting the Paediatric Life Support Program in a campaign via marketing consultancy IMAB2B.
The campaign is in partnership with Campbelltown & Camden Emergency Department and supports training of Paediatric Emergency care nurses.
“Our campaign puts real human stories front and centre,” said IMA chief commercial officer Jake Cush.
“By showing how just $1,920 can fund one nurse’s specialist training, we’re making the donation ask tangible, actionable and emotionally resonant.
“This is marketing for good, demonstrating the direct impact a community can make.”
The ‘hero’ video tells the story of Tommy who survived a funnel-web spider bite thanks to intervention from one of the program’s APLS-trained nurses.
The campaign is the second phase of a 2-year-old campaign aiming to fund Advanced Paediatric Life Support (APLS) training for local nurses.
Since its inception, the program has trained 20 Campbelltown-based nurses through community donations.
IMAB2B was responsible for strategy and messaging, print and digital versions of the campaign brochure and producing a fundraising ‘hero’ video.
“Tommy’s survival is a powerful testament to the life-saving potential of this program and just one of many untold success stories emerging from Campbelltown ED,” said Campbelltown Emergency Department deputy director Alex Buttfield.
“Every donation helps equip our nurses to respond when every second counts.”
