Nine's The Voice maintained its unassailable lead in the ratings stakes, but dropped below 2 million viewers for the first time.
The singing competition show commanded 1.93 million metro viewers, according to preliminary overnight figures from OzTam. Last night was the first time The Voice faltered below 2 million in its five week run.
It debuted to 2.17 million people in mid-April and peaked at a high of 2.69 million viewers on 22 April. Last week, the show had 2.19 million viewers.
The Block also delivered for Nine in fourth spot with 1.32 million viewers tuned in while new local drama Tricky Business held steady at 940,000 viewers in its second outing.
Seven's US primetime soapie Revenge returned with 1.35 million viewers after a week off.
MasterChef had 1.02 million people and was ranked eighth on the ladder.
Other programs in the top 20 for Monday were Seven News, Nine News, A Current Affair (Nine), Today Tonight (Seven), The Force (Seven), Home and Away (Seven), ABC News, Border Security (Seven), Deal or No Deal (Seven), Ten News, Australian Story (ABC), Four Corners (ABC), 7:30 (ABC), Hot Seat (Nine) and The Project (Ten).
Across the main channels, Nine convincingly won the night with 30.1% of audience share, followed by Seven with 21.2%, Ten with 12.7%, the ABC with 12.5% and SBS with 2.8%.
