Game day is here. The hallowed event of the American sports calendar, the Super Bowl, will see the New York Giants go up against the New England Patriots. But another battle is also taking place, with the likes of Audi, Chevy, E*Trade and myriad brands on the field. More Super Bowl ads to entertain and amuse us all...
Chevy
Calling all adrenaline junkies! Set to a booming soundtrack, Fun's “We Are Young”, the Chevy is put through a series of dare-devil stunts including back flips, bungee jumping and sky-diving. Fun to watch, but you wouldn't want it as your tandem buddy lest it land the wrong way...
Audi
One for the Twihard-haters. Capitalising on all-things vampire and vampiriffic, Audi's Super Bowl spot sees a whole pack of partying vamps burst into dust at the sight of the car's ultra-bright lights. If only movie studios felt the same way about killing off the undead.
Skechers
Greyhound racing hasn't been this fun since Santa's Little Helper (or should that be Santos L. Halper?) trotted home with the Simpsons fam. A plucky French Bulldog outruns his faster, more nimble brethren with the help of some cool-looking Skechers.
Suzuki
Who says Inuits can't drive? A very happy-looking Inuit cruises through the breathtaking tundra with some very animated and dope-snow dogs as passengers. But what's happened to his sled, and where's Cuba Gooding Jr.?
E*Trade
Ah, talking babies. The fallback of all marketing directors and agencies when they want to amuse and creep out consumers. A precocious chubster gives some wise and sage advice to a nervous groom-to-be.
