MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS

Digital files should be supplied electronically via Adstream or Websend.
Material supplied on CD or DVD must be in Mac (OS X) format, as a Quark or
Indesign document or as a hi-res PDF. EPS files should be Illustrator or Photoshop. PC files including Excel, Word and Publisher, will be rejected.

If supplying Quark or Indesign files, please ensure all fonts, scans and EPS files are supplied with all colours created in CMYK. Files containing TrueType fonts will be rejected.
AdNews will only be responsible for accurate colour reproduction of a digital file if a colour digital proof is supplied in accordance with 3DAP guidelines. Refer to www.3dap.com.au for details of approved systems.

Special PMS colours can be printed by prior arrangement, but an additional charge of $800 per colour will apply.

IPAD APP
Advertisements in the print edition of AdNews will also appear in the iPad version available through the iTunes store. Advertisements can include multiple hotspots linking to websites or videos. To enable links, hotspots should be identified and the URL links specified. This should be done by adding a hyperlink within the pdf and not flattening it.

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS

For Recruitment and Marketplace advertisements, material should be supplied electronically via Quickcut, or on CD or by email. Files should be supplied as high res PDFs or photoshop TIFs to bethreinbott@yaffa.com.au. All supplied material needs to be created in CMYK colours at 300dpi (including all images within the creative). Do not supply any material created as RGB colours.

JOBS ONLINE

Jobs on the AdNews website are searchable by discipline, location or recruiter. Online jobs should be submitted at http://www.adnews.com.au/add_job.cfm but will not go live until booked in and approved.

The advertising rate is $150 per job per fortnight, plus 10% GST. Rate includes logo if required.

The AdNews website is a unique and searchable information resource for the advertising, marketing and media industries. With a daily newsletter, blogs, archives, campaigns, jobs and ad agency database, it is the central hub for industry information.

FILE REQUIREMENTS

• Maximum file size 39K.
• Include click-through URL.
• Files can be Flash (swf files), static GIFs or animated GIFs.
• Flash files should be in Flash 7 format.
• If supplying Flash files a backup GIF must also be supplied.
• The website will target browsers that work with the ad through our ad server - unsupported browsers will be served the alter native GIF file supplied.
• Animation must not contain strobing effects.
• Looping should be continuous.
• The creative should not disable fields or functionality of the site.
• The creative should not disable browser back buttons or force any plugins to be downloaded.
