Woolworths' chief loyalty and data officer, Emma Gray, has headed to the Association for Data-driven Marketing and Advertising board, replacing another Woolworths member.

Gray is replacing Emily Amos, general manager of Woolworths marketplace, who spent four years on the board.

While it's Woolworths in, Woolworths out at ADMA, the association pointed to Gray's experience in broader business as pivotal as it attempted to reach out to new sectors.

“She is engaging, practical and results-oriented, with proven success in the fields of strategy execution, transformation and leadership,” ADMA CEO Jodie Sangster said.

“Emma has a wealth of international industry expertise in FMCG, retail, logistics and manufacturing, which will be an asset to ADMA as we reach out to new sectors that have not traditionally been ADMA members.”

ADMA has also brought Publicis Cubed managing director Mike Chuter and senior account director for digital marketing at Adobe, Liz Miller, into the fold.

Chuter will chair the ADMA state branch board advisory committee, while Miller will chair the NSW branch.
