Independent digital agency With Collective has appointed a new creative director to help the agency “lift to the next level”.

Hamish Grieve joins the group from digital agency Reborn where he was creative director. His new role at With Collective will see him working alongside head of design and UX Paul Kelly and head of development Som Meaden.

He has previously held senior creative positions at agencies including Naked, BMF, DDB and Clemenger BBDO.

“For brands to thrive in any channel they need to embrace the new reality: they're no longer the bits between the entertainment, they are the entertainment,” Grieve said.

With Collective has a team of more than 45 people spanning creative, digital direct and data specialisations.

CEO and cofounder Justin Hind said the agency has been looking for the right person to add to the team “to complement our model of working, who's experience and hungry and ready to help list us to the next level.”
